Holiday Office Hours
Our offices will be closed from December 24, 2024 – January 1, 2025.
Customers can access the payment kiosks at our Bakersfield office in the lobby on December 26, 27, and 30 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Delano and Ridgecrest Branch offices will be closed. Hours of operation and services will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Access your Child Support case information online by logging into your account on Customer Connect. View your payment history, available documents and send a message to your case worker to view when office hours of operation resume.
