Overview:

To perform the most difficult and responsible legal work; perform legal research; to conduct hearings; work on special projects; develop and present lectures on legal topics; handle difficult civil enforcement cases. This position will require supervising legal staff as assigned.

Employment Standards:

Applicants must be licensed by the California State Bar and have 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in family and/or civil law. Have thorough and complete knowledge of the principals of law, trial procedures and their application.
