Thank you for coming to the 17th Annual Ready-Set Back 2 School Health & Wellness Fair

Back to school season is a community wide effort. Our team, partners, volunteers, and local organizations showed up to help make this day special for Kern County families.

Families received free back to school essentials, resources, services and support to prepare for the new school year ahead. With over 80 local community partners and vendors who joined our event helped provide families with the essentials for the new school year. This year, our partners helped provide free children’s shoes, books, dental screenings, school supplies, backpacks, services to prepare for the school year.

• Hi! I honestly didn’t think we would win anything that day. My middle child has asked me earlier for chrome for school and I my answer was we have to wait and see what you need for school we will figure out when the time comes and to my surprise the answer came way before the time. My kids were so happy to win the chrome because now they can sit in the table and finish their work if computer if needed they can search for anything that they don’t understand, so it makes me so happy that now we have a computer at home for everyone to use. I’m so thankful to you guys for doing what you guys do and to help the community. We will be forever grateful to you and your company. The kids are happy at school with their new teachers.
