View Your Child Support Case
Parents have access to view their Child Support case by registering and logging into Customer Connect.
California Child Support’s self-service platform provides access to view Child Support case details, payment history, receive reminders, request documents, provide updates to other parent's profile, update contact information, and message the case manager.
To register or login, you will need your Participant ID, which can be found on most of the letters sent to case participants from California Child Support Services. Customer Connect will provide a PIN number to complete registration. For instructions on how to register, view the flyer and video below.
